Your Koh Samui Villa, Live: THEVA Launches Its Owner App

THEVA has launched its app for buyers at THEVA Horizon Samui. From Paris, Dubai or Singapore, every owner now follows their villa live: construction progress, the week's photos, invoices and, after handover, rental income. Everything is published from the site as the work advances.

Follow Your Villa as If You Were There

Building in Koh Samui while living abroad is a common choice among THEVA buyers. The app gives them the same visibility as a site visit, every week, from their phone.

Owners know where their villa stands, when it will be delivered and from what date it can host its first guests. They plan their rental launch around precise dates.

This transparency is part of how THEVA supports its buyers, from contract signature to the first rental income.

What the App Shows Every Week

Overall Progress and Dated Milestones

Each villa's dashboard displays two figures: the overall completion percentage and the number of days left until key handover, with the scheduled delivery date. Below these figures, the project is split into three phases: structural work, technical trades (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning) and finishing.

Each phase breaks down into tasks signed off one by one, each with its date. Percentages are updated by the team on site. When the technical trades reach 100% and finishing begins, the buyer sees it the same day.

Weekly Reports and Dated Photos

Every week, a report written by the people building the villa describes the work in progress: tiling a bathroom, formwork for an upper-floor slab. A notification arrives as soon as a new report or new photos go live.

Photos and videos are sorted by date in a gallery that goes back to the first day on site. This record keeps its value after delivery. At resale, it documents how the villa was built, with plumbing and wiring visible before the walls were closed.

Payments Tied to Verifiable Milestones

The payment schedule follows the construction milestones. Each installment shows the milestone that triggers it, its share of the contract, its amount, its date and its status: paid, requested or upcoming. Invoices open and download as PDFs from the same page.

A summary shows the contract value, the total paid so far and the number of days until the next payment call, with a reminder a few days before it is due.

"Before paying a call for funds, the buyer sees the milestone behind it, with site photos to back it up."

Every payment matches visible progress on site.

After Handover, the Same App for Income

The app continues after key handover. It then switches to rental tracking: bookings and occupancy calendar, real-time revenue, maintenance work and detailed reports.

This follows directly from the THEVA model. Behind every villa stands THEVA Group, which has operated 22 hotels and more than 1,800 rooms in Thailand since 2006. When owners are away, the hotel team markets and manages their villa, and this is the model that earned THEVA the Smart Hospitality Innovation Award at the Thailand Real Estate Awards 2026.

Investors follow the construction of their villa, then what it earns, in one place.

Final Thoughts

With its app, THEVA gives every buyer a direct view of their villa: dated milestones, site photos and payments linked to completed work.

At THEVA Horizon Samui, in Lipa Noi on the west coast, just below the Ida B Domaine hotel, this tracking starts with the first wall and continues through to the last guest welcomed. Full villa details are on the project page.
